Meal Plan

It feels good to eat well (and healthy)
Below is a list of easy to prepare and digest healthy food. Hope you enjoy it!
Breakfast
 
1 egg
1 banana a day keeps the doctor away (yay!)
1 piece of toast

Lunch
 
1/2 cup tuna
1 cup cottage cheese ( I love Feta cheese )
1 piece of toast
Black coffee or tea - You may try decaffeinated, I personally need my 136 mg of caffeine every morning.
Fun Fact: keep in mind that while you are lifting the cup you are also exercising the Extensor Digiti Minimi

Dinner
 
Lean meat or chicken
1 cup green beans
1 cup carrots
1 apple
 
..
Snack
 
1fruit of your choice.
I personally like Pineapples because it is an excellent source of the antioxidant vitamin C and because it is believed that the enzyme bromelian found in pineapples, can reduce swelling, bruising, healing time, and pain associated with injury and surgical intervention. Bromelain is currently being used to treat and reduce inflammation from tendinitis, sprains (ligaments), strains (muscles), and other minor muscle injuries as well as swelling related to ear, nose and throat surgeries or trauma.
